maple meringue crisps

Ingredients:

3 egg whites

1 tsp. maple syrup (more if you want it sweeter!)

1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Add in all ingredients.

  2. Whip with electric mixer or handheld mixer until frothy and peaks form. Scoop out spoonfuls and place on parchment paper.

  3. Heat on low heat (about 200°) for 1 hour or until light brown and crispy.

Enjoy with some homemade egg nog!
