maple meringue crisps
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1 tsp. maple syrup (more if you want it sweeter!)
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Add in all ingredients.
Whip with electric mixer or handheld mixer until frothy and peaks form. Scoop out spoonfuls and place on parchment paper.
Heat on low heat (about 200°) for 1 hour or until light brown and crispy.
