Pumpkin Spice Everything

Nothing says fall like pumpkin spice waffles. They are a delicious treat on a cold, icy morning - and right now, we all need to treat ourselves! Just because you want to eat healthy, doesn’t mean you have to give up your favorite foods. Try these pumpkin spice waffles - they are grain-free, easy to make, and taste delicious!

🍁 Enjoy them for breakfast or a snack, with a touch of maple syrup, cooked apples and cinnamon, and a large pat of pastured butter -

🍁 Double the recipe and freeze some for an emergency breakfast or snack, and put them in lunchboxes -

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups Cassava Flour

1 cup Pumpkin Puree

1 cup applesauce

1 tsp. baking soda

2 tsp. melted butter

2 eggs

1 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. nutmeg

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/2 tsp. cloves

2 cups (+ more for thinning) water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and pour into waffle iron!
